You can adjust the improvement rate on Pedora to gradually increase your walking goals each day. Pedora intelligently adapts your goals based on your average from the previous 7 days.

If you're feeling motivated to walk more this spring, simply raise your improvement rate. Pedora will then automatically update your walking goals moving forward.

If you prefer to maintain your current goals, you have the flexibility to set custom fixed goals. With this setting, Pedora will leave your walking goals untouched.

Walking becomes more rewarding when your goals are within reach. Achieve your objectives daily with Pedora and lead a healthier lifestyle!
